While here at Spartan, found out that the rear jack pads are scraping the tire when the tag flexes side to side. Spartan is calling today to find out what the fix is.
In a resting position, the tire is only about an inch away from the edge of the jack pad. I really don't see how the jacks can be moved as they are bolted to a vertical piece of the frame. Moving the jack up in bracket won't seem to fix the problem and reduce my leveling capability.
Options seems to be:
Change pads to smaller ones
Cut the current pad down on the one side (Spartan said they can do)
Change jacks
Any help or experience is greatly appreciated.

Some of the owners who have installed larger front tires on older DSDPs have cut the jack pads to avoid tire contact. They haven't reported any problems from the modification.

Can the jacks be moved toward the rear of the coach by a couple of inches? I think this would mean cutting the jack mounting plates and rewelding them a bit further back.
