Gary,
Since I changed my air valve, mine has been working fine. I have since had my old air up valve rebuilt. You wouldn't believe how corroded it was at the end where the solenoids attach. The valve body itself was fine.
If you've been driving on roads treated for ice and snow, might be worth a look.

Ricre,
The coach does not drive where there is ice or snow.

This is an update. I greased the chassis today. While under the coach I found the links that determine if air is fed to the bags. It is like Spartan told me. There is no adjustment for these links. Nothing looked out of place, bent or broken. I sprayed all three links with lubricating oil. The kind that leaves no residue. I also sprayed the levers, pivot points and anything else I could see that is supose to move. Upon completing the grease chore, I air up and dumped two times. Everything worked. Only time will tell. I'll report back in a couple of months,,,,,unless there is another failure.

On both my Itasca Meridian (Freightliner XC) and my Dutch Star (Spartan) it requires hitting the store button to get the air bags to fill. I had trouble with it until a tech at the dealership explained it to me. Works every time without fail.

Hi Tim and thanks for the post. For this coach, the leveling system (HWH) has nothing to do with the coach airing up. Per the previous posts the coach airs up when started. Simple as that. The jacks and HWH system can be in any configuration one can think of. When the engine starts air goes into the bags. I think Spartan may be correct in their diagnosis of the problem. Only time will tell.

This is an update. I hope this does not jinx me. Since I soaked all three levers, with lubricant, the coach has aired up every time the engine has been started. . Next report will be around Thanksgiving. Unless I have a failure.

Hi Mark,
Check my posts of 7/5 and 8/1. They provide the details of the three lever arms and links that determine when air goes into the bags.
