Kudo's to Spartan

We broke down with our Sportscoach just as we were leaving the SC Welcome Ctr on I95. Could not find number for Allison in our book so called Spartan. They were extremely helpful. Found us an Allison repair shop about 15 mi away in Savannah, GA. WW Williams was, also, very helpful, including the suggestion of a reliable towing company Sapp's Wrecking Co & letting us stay in their lot for the night. They worked on the coach 1st thing in the morn. They found that the transmission computer died plus universal joints needed replacing. By 4pm they had finished the job and we were on our way. We never felt like we were in unscrupulous hands. We were very pleased with the way they handled everything even tho it was expensive; over $2500.

I have found Spartan to be exceptionally customer oriented.

If only other businesses were so good.
