On my Scenic Cruiser the Transmission Control Module is located in the cabinet below the shift control module used to select the transmission gears. Bet yours is there also.

We had a 1995 Newmar London Aire with a Spatan chassis with a 8.3 Cummins engine and since it was a pre-electronic engine there is no ECM port. I don't think Cummins 5.9 or 8.3 engines were electronic with ECM till 1997 or 1998.
