Simi Valley RV are good people and will handle most RV service. Jim's Tire Service is located across the street from Simi Valley RV on Los Angeles St. I used Jim's recently for a front end alignment, they have an RV dock in the rear and can handle large RV tires, don't know about brakes.
For my general personal RV service I use Jim Frankle, RV Mobile Repair out of Woodland Hills. His cell is: 818-445-6738 I recently referred my neighbor to him for a jack problem and they have been using him regularly now.
Happy Trails.
