Mountain Master Dash lights confusion
Newbie here and would appreciate all help.
I have NO documentation or Manuals
I’m looking at the dash lights of a 2002 Travel Supreme with a Roadmaster chassis ( Maybe Mountain Master) with a Cummins engine.
I’m not sure what the lights and the gauges are telling me. i'm not even sure what each gauge is for and whether its reading good.
There is also some kind of display that is impossible to read. I think it is some kind of interface to tell me what’s going on.
Your interpretation of what I see and your recommendations would be appreciated.

You might be able to purchase manuals for your MH from: https://www.travelsupremeparts.com/parts-available

Picture 1. ABS warning light is on, Check engine light is on. glow plug light is on. Park brake is on. You have several fault codes to be looked at in the ECM. Also looks like the engine is just about at operating temp. but one of the air tanks is low.
Picture 2 is a SilverLeaf monitor. Used to read engine ECM data. Looks like it is reading manifold temp. You should be able to use this monitor to read fault codes from the ECM.

The steering wheel shows a Spartan emblem, so it would be a Mountain Master.

4th picture is control for your Allison transmission. It's in Neutral. You need a manual for that also. Using the manual you can discern various transmission conditions via codes on the control's display.

I re-read your post, I'd totally missed what you asked. I hope this is better. Yes, the explanation of the gauges is in the manuals I linked to.
Your first picture is apparently immediately following engine start, as the warning panel is testing the warning lights function.
The 2 large gauges underneath are, left = engine RPM is 700 correct, right =ground speed parked correct.
Smaller gauge underneath those is transmission temperature 175° is just under normal 185° operating temperature. The Allison transmission will never reach 185° unless being driven for several miles
Top right is fuel gauge.
The two under fuel gauge are primary air tank pressure which is low, bottom is secondary air tank pressure showing a bit higher air pressure. Correct pressure should be 120 or above. If a small red light comes on and/or you hear a warning buzzer, safely pull off the road and stop, you have low air pressure and the brakes may fail to operate.
Top left is water temperature showing a bit low, normal operating temperature is 180°-205°. It too will not reach normal operating temperature unless driven for at least 10 miles.
Left center gauge is not shown enough to identify.
Bottom left is engine alternator voltage output.
Other picture was explained.
