Generally the switch gets it's power from the batteries so your chassis batteries must be dead.

First check the disconnect switches to make sure they are on. I have two, one for chassis and one for engine components.

Then check for bat voltage at the switch. If you don't have a voltmeter buy one and if necessary learn how to use it.

Check the batterys for 12v while trying to start. If it loads down then the bats are probably bad or not charged.

If all that checks out then check grounding by connecting a jumper cable from the negative side of the eng battery to the engine frame. If it starts clean the gnd connection.

Thank you all fo rhe input. At this time I have replaced battery disconect components with new one, and know I have constant power and house batteries work but engine power will not shut down.
