Part Numbers for Front rotors, pads and wheel seal?

Hi everyone, I just bought a 1994 Dutch Star DP on a Spartan Chassis and drove it from Florida back to North Carolina with no issues. Once I got home I realized the driver's side front pads were badly worn and have damaged the rotor. Also the inner wheel seal appears to be leaking. Anyway, I have been searching on finding the correct part numbers to replace these parts with no clear answer. I have read that the same year Ford F700 might fit but I am not sure. I have emailed Spartan and called twice and left voicemails with no response either. My manuals also do not indicate a part number and just states to " take it to a service center" This is a job I can do myself if I just had the correct parts to do so. Does anyone have any idea where and what parts to get? Here are some pics.

The wheel appears to bolt onto an adapter that bolts to the hub so if it is the F700 rotor I don't think I would need the "U shaped" one I have been seeing.

Great Pics. Napa stores list these disc pads as UP7141M at $119 for four pads. Ive seen them elsewhere for around $80 for four pads. Did you buy yours from Spartan and if so how much where they please. Thanks Rob

I actually picked up a set of "Platinum" Weaver pads from Advance Auto online with a coupon code for about $47! Can't beat it
