I am asking for prayers for Chris Friar, the Spartan representative who works out of an office at Newmar.
Yesterday morning Chris was admitted to the hospital in Elkhart with a brain aneurysm.
The initial prognosis is not good and he is scheduled to be flown back to his home state of Michigan to a facility where they will attempt to insert a wire to contain the aneurysm.

Please keep Chris and his family in your prayers.

Pam talked this morning with Jeff who works with Carl. He said it was inoperable and prognosis was not good. I enjoyed talking Chris when we were at the factory and at the international rally. No matter the prognosis God can work miracles!!!

I am very sorry to hear of Chris's condition. We can all hope that the doctors can somehow arrest this and have him return to good health. Thanks. Bob for the post. All the best Chris, we are pulling for you.

The report today is that Chris came out of surgery good and the doctor says it was successful.....He will be in ICU for about ten days.
There are some other issues that will need to be addressed when he is stronger, won't go into those now.
All in all it's good news and his wife is grateful for your prayers.
Please keep Chris and his family in your continued prayers as he's certainly not out of the woods by any means.

Thanks for keeping us posted on Chris's progress. I did not really get to talk to him much when in High Line service at Nappanee, and spent more time discoursing with Carl on the Newmar side of the room. But as Chris stayed most of each week at the Amish Inn and I had to stay there a few nights when the rig was being worked on, I was able to get to know him better.

Our wishes and prayers will go out for both him and his family.

Thanks for the updates Bob. I just spoke with the lead tech working on my coach over the phone. I asked about Chris and he confirmed what Bob had written.

He said Chris wasn't quite out of the woods yet but, that things looked positive.

Also, said how much Chris is liked and respected by Newmar.
