Just received this bulletin from Spartan. Has anyone else received this.

There is a defective wiring harness that supplies power to the brake lights. The brake light becomes inoperable when the F10 fuse is blown upon activation of the auxiliary brake. The auxiliary brake, coolant level sensor and auxiliary "Brake light activation" cease to function, and the "Check" engine light illuminates. The radiator cooling fan will not operate on models with an ISM or ISX engine.

Is the auxiliary brake the engine brake?

How can I read this recall? Can't find it on any web site.
I had this failure in August as I was descending an 8% grade in British Columbia...the Pac Brake also becomes inoperable. I'm really confused as I did not have a problem for the first 21,000 miles then I had to replace the Bussman Switch in July due to a water intrusion problem and then This failure occurred at approximately 22,500 miles or about 1500 miles after replacing the switch. Technician who worked on the coach said that there was a miswire in the coolant sensor harness and corrected that, but were unable to specifically determine the cause of the F10 fuse blowing which made the Pac Brake inoperable.
Can anyone help clear this up for me?

They replaced mine 1 year ago March when I had a new engine replaced on my 06 Dutch Star, after the engine was installed they could not get the coolant light to go off, called Spartan and found that they had recall and the letter had notcaught up with me yet. I drove it for a few days with a handfull of 10 amp fuses incase the lights, jake brake went out.
Spartan send a wiring kit to the dealer and it was installed, no problems after that. Takes about 1 hr. to install.
