I am replacing my shocks, front and rear, on my Rexair built on a 2003 MM chassis with Tuthill 1200 IFS. Does anybody know the correct torque for the shock mounting bolts when installing the new shocks? I can not find the info on the Tuthill or Spartan web sites. I can call Spartan but want to check here first. Shocks came from RVchassis parts (Spartan), best price for Koni's I could find after a lot of searching, free shipping also. Still no FSD's for the front - went with the adjustable's.

I've got the Tuthill 1600Ifs and it's 150 ft lbs. I think it's a 1-1/2 bolt and nut socket size.

Called Spartan this afternoon. The rear shocks are torqued to 165 ft-lbs. The fronts are torqued to 180 ft-lbs for mine anyway. My IFS has bolts for mounting the shocks if you have studs you nee to check the manual (or PM me).
Perry - appreciate the input. My bolts are 3/4 inch with a 1 1/8 head so they do change a few things but still pretty close.

Spartan sent me the pdf from Thuhill for the IFS1200 but I can not post it here due to size (4.5 Meg). Free to anybody that needs it though.

I should have included:
The rear shocks are very easy to replace if you loosen the shock bolts then start the RV and allow it to come up to driving height. This aligns the shock mounts which are significantly out of alignment when the air is out of the air bags. Remove the old shocks and slip in the new ones, very easy. Torque after removing the air from the air bags. Need to follow all the appropriate safety procedures if you do this. I don't go under the RV with only the air bags supporting the frame.
