This is inside one of the main support for the motorhome... I noticed to tube was full of partly full of fluid and it was leaking into motorhome. Where does this go to? Best I can tell one in and it loops and comes into the bottom piece... bc I can not find any place it comes out of that shaft anywhere...

Without a thorough inspection its a crap shoot.
Best guess you have a hydraulic cylinder seal leaking, or possibly a bad hose. Take the cylinder out, take it to a good hydraulic shop. They will be able to test and repair as necessary. At the same time take the hose off and give it to them too. All to common for the cheezy Lippert hoses to split and leak.

This is the back of it inside the coach. What I am not sure about it what is inside the support tube and how in the world can you access it... it seems to be a sealed 2x6 steel casing

I also do not see where the output is if there is one... it looks to be that inside the tube there is the 90 degree elbow then it goes somewhere and then back out through the one wrapped in wire casing...

So still leaking. This is after sliding in and out twice and leaving out for 6 hrs. Leaked this amount in first two hrs then stopped.

OK so 1st of all.
SPARTAN makes chassis not bodies. WRONG FORUM!
2nd of all.
Martin Fluid Power has all the seals and whatever needed to fix your leak if you have the know how otherwise.... Its gonna be expensive.
My HWH kick down jacks probably same company made your slides wanted to butt hurt me for 1600+ dollars to fix my hydraulic issues I went to Martin Fluid poor got all the seals and guides and parts for each and everything involved and spent 200 bucks and elbow grease.
Reiterating MARTIN FLUID POWER has everything you just need to remove, disassemble, and measure/or provide them with CLEANED components and they will set you up with wipers,seals,and whatever you need hydraulic.
