Exclamation Spartan chassis throttle position sensor

I posted this on the Travel Supreme site also
I have 2003 TS. I believe that I have a faulty throttle position sensor and am looking for a replacement part. So far hitting dead ends. Spartan said they could provide an after mkt replacement, but would have to order it in with a date of late oct! The issue has happened 3 times now. The stop engine light illuminates and the engine go to the Take Me Home mode. After a few seconds, the light clears and power is restored. I am looking for part.

Have you tested yours for consistency? With the wires disconnected, measure resistance in the "at rest" position, then measure at WOT position. Gradually reduce from WOT to at-rest/ idle positon; resistance must reduce gradually, not jump, stall, or remain the same.

Had a tech come out to check the fault code and it confirmed my suspicion. It is indeed the Throttle Position Sensor. The throttle still works, but resistance is only good from zero to about a third of the peddle stroke, then becomes erratic to about half peddle stroke. Then continues normally 3000ohms at full peddle stroke. The fault code indicates a faulty idle validation switch.
I have had ZERO luck locating a replacement TPS.
