Spartan hydraulic power loss

I have a 1997 40ft Newmar Kountry Air Diesal. I have lost hydrolic power
to the power steering and side cooling fan. The pump seems O.K. I need
information on anything that could be the problem

Welcome to iRV2, Some simple things to check are:
1. reservoir fluid level
2. quality of the fluid (when checking the reservoir, is the fluid foaming, smells bad, wrong color)
3. reservoir filter

The fluid should be changed, forgot the frequency, and I'll bet your's needs it. Found out when the power steering started squeeling at lower RPM's, Was told to change it, did so and sure enough everything was smooth again. .

We had that happen once. The proportioning valve stuck due to debris in the system. They flushed the system and replaced the fluid. No problems since then.
I replaced the fluid and filters again just a couple months ago.

just one question, is the coach still building air in the air system when you start it? i ask cause the hydrolic pump i think is bolted to the back of the air comp.
the crank snapped in half on mine and i lost steering and side fan like you.
