Manual says that it will indicated when the antennae is up. I presume this is for the over the air antennae that we all crank up.

My indicator light doesn't light up. Wondering if it is supposed to or if this is just a function that Newmar decided not to use?

Off very early this morning for Daytona Beach for the weekend before Disney. Will provide an overall update on my new coach next week, after my mysterious fridge problem is fixed on Tuesday.

I know our antenna up indicator works because it sometimes lights even when it's down. You are right it's for the terrestrial antenna.

If you read the specs on the chassis, there are many options that don't necessarily get picked up by the integrator (Newmar in this case).

Wondering if Bob has it on his chassis but, for the Dutch Star is doesn't get added. Or if it's just not hooked up right on my coach.

Manufacturer's and different chassis models have different sensors and configurations. The warning light on my Winnebago Ultimate not connected to the antennae but, per the manual it is a 30 second timer light that lights just as a reminder. I still use the old fashioned clip type clothes pin clipped to something on the dask to remind me when I've raised up the antenna.
