Spartan message center data

What are the differences in data displayed on the Spartan Message Center and a VMSPC unit?

VMSPC has more data, with time charts and such if you want it.

Also easier to read on a bigger screen without scrolling through the displays.

I used the VMSPC every time I fired up my Monaco Knight. It's an awesome and powerful tool. However, my Travel Supreme Select has the TripTek computer with display on the backup monitor, and it's about as good. I haven't used the VMSPC for two years.

If the Spartan Message Center is the same as TripTek, then, in my opinion, you don't need the VMSPC.

Al, I'm getting a new Entegra Anthem this coming January. Their website implies that the message center will appear on the backup monitor like on your Travel Supreme. Maybe it is TripTek but they don't call it that. This is on my list of "to find outs" when we visit the factory next month.

Here's what the Entegra site says:

Spartan Message Center with LCD display featuring: odometer, tachometer, instantaneous fuel economy, fuel remaining, outside air temp., coolant temp., engine oil temp. and pressure, transmission temp., turbo boost pressure, air pressure, diagnostic functions, fault codes, service reminders, percentage of engine load, trip meter, speed and voltage

The Spartan LCD display is on the front dash, under the speedo and tach. It's not on the backup monitor.

I have the Triptek in addition to the Spartan display. It's pretty good, but doesn't have the same historical data capability that the VMSpc has.
