Just finished the Spartan Motorhome 4 day training session at their factory. I must say we are quite impressed at the amount we learned. I highly recommend this course to anyone who is not that familiar with their chassis. The food, literate hand outs and instructors were top notch. At first I had thought not to bother to take the driving portion. I am certainly glad I did take it as it was highly educational.
The course is for two people so the wife sits in too and my wife does not drive, but she was very happy with the course too. I would not book any service at the factory at the same time. During the course, you need the coach to do the weigh in, tech night where you have a 1 on 1 with your own tech to show you everything you need on YOUR OWN COACH.
Spartan has a good thing going here and I thank them for this course.

Obi,
Is there anything you can post that may be of help to the members?

Thanks!

When you enter the RV Park at the fairgrounds to stay, take the first left, go to end by washrooms and park there. You have 50amp power and can reach water at side of building and your satellite dish will work in this location. There are other spots along the front row that have 50amp power and water taps are around. There is a dump station on the way in. You will be taking your coach in and out enough over the course to dump. But keep you tanks full for the weigh in if you desire the weights to be with tanks full including fuel. The class training room is right beside (30ft) the service center. The classroom is pet friendly. Make notes of your questions ahead of time and get them all answered. Do not book service while the training is going on as you need your coach some of the time. In retrospect, I would have chosen a place at the campground to have a happy hour each day and made an announcement the first day. Good time to get together and have chats with other like minded RV'ers.
Hope you enjoy it as much as we did. Great time and well worth the cost.
