Spartan not ready fo recall

For those of you with a recall regarding something to do with compressor for the air ride... check with you repair shop to see if they have all the parts and special tool to do the work. Our coach and another couples has been sitting in the repair yard for 7 days now, first waiting for a special tool and now for the programing needed to complete the job. From what I'm told Spartan is not returning calls.

Do you have a different air ride than just bags? Haven't heard of a recall. I will be there on Monday or Tuesday.

The recall is for the Hadley manifold which I had already had replaced. Spartan stated that I also needed to get the ECU reprogrammed but they have a limited number of kits which have been sent out. For me, the nearest one is three hours away. Iím currently waiting for our next trip and hope to find a shop along the way that has the equipment to do the reprogramming.

The issue is not for the manifold, sorry they did not call it a recall but a customer service bulletin? My notice is inside the coach and I will get it Monday and post it then but apparently the electric back up compressor for the air leveling system can malfunction.

If your Hadley system has the parked air leveling feature, here's where we've been talking about it for a while over on the Entegra forum: New Campaign Service Bulletin from Spartan

I finally got my MADP back from Spartan/Hadley campaign bulletin
CSB18-330-010. Before you take your coach in for this check that the shop has the special tool and the "Programmer" to complete the work.
