Spartan are are great bunch of people to work with. They can't, however control the weather. I was one of the first to receive warranty service from them for 2008. I arrived in a blizzard (not the type we buy and love from D.Q.), the snow type. The following morning I took this http://blog.rv.net/2008/06/15/cold-w...g-innovations/
on January 1/08. On Jan. 02 and 03 I received the normally great service Spartan, and Chris, is known for. My HydroHot shutdown on Jan. 3/08, in similar weather, not in Charlotte. I lived as did my coach, wife and dog.(In no special order)
Anyway, it's a great time to get service at both Spartan and Newmar.

P.S. If I decide to do this again, please shoot me!

Peter

I was at Sparatn for service just after you. I arrived Jan 7, had a full day of service on the 8th and headed south on the 9th. I was in Kentucky and had been watching the weather in Charlotte, MI and they were scheduled to have a warm spell so I drove up. It was 62 degrees when I arrived and all of your snow had melted. I got out before the next snow hit.
