Spartan are are great bunch of people to work with. They can't, however control the weather. I was one of the first to receive warranty service from them for 2008. I arrived in a blizzard (not the type we buy and love from D.Q.), the snow type. The following morning I took this

on January 1/08. On Jan. 02 and 03 I received the normally great service Spartan, and Chris, is known for. My HydroHot shutdown on Jan. 3/08, in similar weather, not in Charlotte. I lived as did my coach, wife and dog.(In no special order)
Anyway, it's a great time to get service at both Spartan and Newmar.
