I have a 1994 GS scenic cruiser w/Spartan chassis, rear radiator; also a smaller right side/rear radiator, and just inboard of this, what appears to be a transmission oil cooler condensor, with two 14" 12V electric fans. The motor on the forward fan froze up, blowing the fusible link, disabling both fans. My question is, is this a transmission oil cooler, and if so, where is the temp. sensor mounted on the engine ? Also, what is the function of the smaller radiator, and is it stock ? Thanks in advance for any help.

This radiator is for the air conditioning unit on the chassis.

The radiator fans for the air con of the chassis ;if these fail or seize, the air con will still work but the cooling effect will be compromised in very hot weather. The supply fuse to these fans, should not take out the power to your in dash air con controls, unless wired incorrectly.
