I am looking for info on the Spartan chassis used on some of the early Beaver coaches. I want frame info (size, strength,) differences between them (what makes the IC more suitable to the big engine Patriot than the EC2000 chassis)?

The 1993 - 1995 Beaver Patriot (with Cummins 5.9L) used the Spartan EC2000 chassis.
The 1993 - 1995 Beaver Patriot (with Cummins 8.3L) used the Spartan IC-Series chassis.
The 1993-1995 Beaver Acclaim and Contessa used the Mountain Master chassis.

What is the difference between these chassis? I have been searching internet for info, but there doesn't seem to be anything related to the construction of the chassis that I can find.

If anyone has chassis literature, old sales brouchures, or service manuals with this info, please share.

Our Coach has an EC-2000 series chassis and have some documents, I need to find links so I don't have to upload

Thanks for taking the time to find this info and reply with the links.
The first link is a Spartan Parts manual - but thanks again.

I e-mailed Spartan a few days ago with my questions - and they e-mailed me the Spartan Service Manual (1993-1996) for the EC, IC, and MM chassis.

That was great of them. it answered some questions but not all. But good enough for now.

Is the one service manual for all three chassis series?

I saved one for the EC-2000 on one of my laptops but perhaps there is a more comprehensive one that I need to get.

So, I just emailed them and asked for the Spartan Service Manual (as you have in bold above).

To my surprise, I got a reply within 15 minutes but the title of the document I received is:

MH Owners Manual - 1993, Aug 01 thru 1996, Apr 30.pdf

That seems to be what came with the Coach which I have (printed).

Is that the document name Spartan emailed you?

Thank you, it's essentially the same one that came in the Coach and what they sent me today. That and the Parts Manual cover a lot.

If there is a "Service Manual", they don't seem to eager to send it.
