You have a Mountain Master chassis... that's the "MM" in your model number...at least that's what Spartan told me.....your placard shows you have the independent front suspension as well..... that takes a different shock....but easy to find.
I recently bought shocks from these guys...
Great price and shipping....
Here's yours

Your VIN is 57 lower than mine. I have the same MM chassis with IFS. If you call any truck repair place that has parts and give them your VIN they can help you out. Or call Spartan direct.

If you look under the front and it is an independent front end -- ie -- not a solid bar across between the wheels, I believe it should be the RAYCO GRANNING IFS1200.
You can easiily google that online and look at the Parts numbers on their diagram. From there you will probably see the shock numbers and can cross reference that.
=====
You may also go directly to the Michigan Truck Spring site and search for your RV by year and mfg.
=====
I believe that was where I bought mine before our Alaska trip.
They should run roughly $95-105 each -- fronts or rears.
I installed mine myself as did a few others on here.
Let us know how it goes.

My last post above was for the OE equivalent Bilstein. Some other people have researched the KONI's which are a bit more expensive but they like them.

I have the Reyco/Granning 1250 under my coach. I replaced the Bilsteins with the adjustable Koni shocks. Love them! Great ride and handling. Made a major difference over all. A little more money but worth it.

Your Reyco-Granning IFS will have an I.D. tag on it.
Without the proper equipment the front shocks on a Reyco-Granning IFS are not user replaceable. The tie-rod ends must be removed, then swing the tie-rod out of the way to access the bottom bolt. Then there is the matter of jacking up the MH enough to install the extended shocks. Rear shocks also involve jacking up the MH enough to install the extended shocks, which in most cases also involve compressing the shocks in some manner.

I put Bilsteins back on mine. Got them at Shockwarehouse.com. Look up Spartan, Mountain Master and model. It will give you Bilstein, Koni or whatever you want. I replaced airbags at the same time. Take a close look for cracking if they are originals.

The 1st pic shows a red tag on right side (really driver side)
That tag has suspension model number.
But I can say it's Reyco independent suspension, 12k
24-186476 part number on the website page you posted.

There not shocks, but steering stabilizers.
