1998 Coachmen Mirada roof question

I am in the process of replacing the roof on my Mirada and would like to replace what looks like white aluminum flashing that transitions the roof to the outside side walls. Looks like this flashing is stapled and also has some kind of soft adhesive that I guess holds it in place. My question is, what is this actually called, where do I find it and what is the soft adhesive that is behind it? I have attached a picture for reference

I have been working on a 2000 Mirada. I've had some luck finding metal parts by using Google. Many of the trim pieces were custom made for Coachman and aren't available anymore but you can find slightly different types that will work.
