2004 Cross County Gen Comp Latch?

I'am looking at a 2004 Coachmen Cross County which is in an estate sale. The person in charge does not know how to open the gen compartment and can't find the manual. Can someone give me info on the latch or how to open?

Might just need a good tug, those and propane storage are supposed to be immediate access.

Be interesting to see what a CC owner offers.

On some of my compartments if you push in a little on the door the latch releases easier.
