2009 Coachmen Freelander 2600 alternator not charging house batteries

Hey guys,

I'm new here. I have an issue, and was hoping youall can help out. I've searched around and cannot find solution.
My Rv mechanic and I have been trying to fix and we cannot find solution.

My alternator is not charging house batteries. I changed solenoid and that was not it. If I press down and hold the emergency start button it charges. SO I'm guessing there is something between the emergency start button and house batteries. Maybe a fuse or something in between that i cannot find. I cannot find a electrical schematic or owners manual.

PLEASE HELP
