We are new to RVing and have just purchased a 2012 Coachmen Mirada. We have a little one and would like to put in motion satelite in but the problem is the TV in the living area is covered up with the slide when it is in. The salesman said that we could purchase a bracket to bring it out during travel but I cannot locate one that would work? Anyone else solve this problem (besides adding another TV)? Thoughts?

Go back to your salesman and ask him to furnish you with the information for the bracket that he recommended during the sales process.

We have there little ones under the age of 7 and our tv is covered by the slide. We use portable DVD players to entertain them.

Looking at the pictures on the company web site it appears the 32" TV would need a mount that slid left & right (there's no such animal) to slide it into the passage way which would then be totally blocked.
I would reinstall the TV on the slide wall where the company photo indicates a clock is hanging. Short extensions of antenna and power should be easy. Hang a mirror where the TV was.
Now the real question - are you sure you want an "in motion" tv? My info comes strictly from this site but after a few years of reading, a lot of negative has been reported for these units.

To continue the Miller post, we went with a DirectTV dish (not a dome) which can only be used while parked however.... we get to use a DirectTV HD-DVR from home when we travel. While driving the family can watch anything you might have already recorded from home before you left; or what you may have recorded when parked. You can also watch DVDs while traveling so just because you can't watch live on the road does not mean you can't watch at all.

HD was important to us and if I recall correctly in-motion domes are standard def only.

Enjoy your new coach,

Gary and Cindy
