5er to MH ???

Good Morning
We are 5ers looking to move to a MH. We are looking at 2006 Geo Town 35 with 14K. Two slide 22.5 tires alum wheels slide toppers power awning Ford V10 chassis. Its on a dealers lot and they are asking 48995.00 They have history came from Tenn and was traded because of non use [bought a park model] The graphics and paint are good one ding in left rear, the lens on the headlights and tail lights are cloudy maybe this coach spent its life outside always?? one other thing the material on the ceiling is rumpled at each seam no sign of water damage just looks strange.

Brake controllers ?????????? for tow vehicle.
Thank you Steve Lambert

I am looking for opinions for you all. This group has been very helpful in the past.

The V10 is a very good engine,we had one in our last coach. The ripples in the headliner are the heat,it melts the glue and it starts to sag. One very important thing is to check the date codes on the tires.

Thanks

The headliner was not that bad but it worried me. The tires are a point we raised with the dealer already. As all of us know they the dealers are reluctant to put money in pre-owned coaches. It make a good point for buying new but cost is out of this world. Steve Lambert
