Coachmen Sportscoach RD385DS - Purchase

I'm seriously thinking of purchasing a 2012 Sportscoach RD385DS motorhome with about 32K on the clock. It looks to be in great shape but I will be looking closer if we proceed. They are asking $109K for it.

Here are a couple of Q's:

1. I've looked this site and reviewed everything I can read on the forum.
2. I know that the "fit and finish" is not going to be as high as my Newmar, but I'm looking for more space for grandkids and will not live in this motorhome full time.
3. I'm a little concerned about the 340HP Cummins as I currently have a 350HP Cummins and it is a challenge to climb sustained hills, in the West, towing my 3K Toad. I'd like some personal experience with owners that have towed in the hot summer up hills with this coach and similar toads.
4. If you own one of these, close to this model year, what are your pros and cons.

I'd appreciate any "first hand" experience you might have...

I have a 2007 382DS and I love it. Bought it last year with only 19000 Miles. Has everything I wanted, great on milage, purrs like a big tiger. Highly recommended
