Coachmen: Coachmen Warranty Problems

Boy what a problem with Warranty Claims from Coachman, since they sold out to Forrest River. It appears that Forrest River will not honor Coachman claims. furthurmore Coachman only has Robbie the Robot answer the phone and never returns the calls. If you didn't purchase an extended warranty on your unit you may be left out in the cold. Our 2008 Captiva T/T has a leak in the slide out that just showed up, and we can't get any information either from Coachman or Forrest River. I feel they should address this problem. I have an existing extended warranty that should cover the damage. As the old cleshey goes it will be a cold day in h... before I buy another Coachman or Forest River product. Note the repair facility manager states that he has seen a sizeable increase in the repairs required on newer units,FYI.
