Dynamax Warranty Repairs

I just completed a visit to the Dynamax factory for some warranty work and a factory tour. I couldn't be more pleased with the visit. Scheduling and follow up with Travis Bird, repairs done by Greg and Marty! A first class act from start to finish. My confidence in my decision to buy Dynamax was reaffirmed again today!

Good job. We have had a hard time finding dealer while traveling to do repairs. We have finally worked with Travis and found a dealer in Tucson who is taking care of it all. Dealing with Dynamax directly is the way to go.

Sadly Travis is no longer there. Worked with him on my visit to the factory last spring. He was awesome.

We too ended up at the factory this past Sept. for service after chasing all around the country and Travis was excellent. We camped at the factory for 3 nights and everything (and more) was taken care off. Sorry to hear he has moved on.
