About a month ago we ran into a fellow E-Pro owner at a campground here in Washington state. We have a 19FD and his was also a 19 but a different model I believe. He had a bumper and rack on the rear. He said he had a welding shop fabricate and install it and it's worked well so far. As I recall he used the rack for a cooler and a small storage box so there probably wasn't a lot of weight. I also recall being told by one of our dealer's tech guys that such modifications could void your warranty. Does anyone know if that's true?

Well I contacted Forest River and was told that any frame modification, such as adding a rear bumper, would void the FR warranty.
