Suspect list:
Power outlet you plug the RV into (You said you are receiving proper power into home,, I assume you tested this outlet)
Proper results, Voltage side to side 240 volts, Top (or bottom) to either side 120 volts, Top to bottom (Round or D shaped hole on bottom ZERO.
Then we have the connection between the plug and cord,, If the plug is molded then this should be welded but alas, sometimes not all that well If plug can be opened do a visual inspection WHILE NOT PLUGGED IN and check to make sure all screws are thigh.
Moving to the outlet end of the cord (Assumes detachable) same issues, this one is never molded.. had one neighbor in an RV park where all six of the screws inside the housing were loose, outlet fell off in my hand.
Then we have the inlet,, one of mine was loose (just one).
Now we go to the automatic transfer switch.. My original one failed swiftly, this can happen if you do things like starting the generator while hooked to shore power and the A/Cs running (turn off EVERYTHING or unplug before starting genny.. Or stopping it) (Today was my Run the genny 1/2 hour under 1/2 load every month day)
Check both inlet side and outlet side of the Auto Transfer Switch (Must be plugged in note dangerous voltage present).
Now we get to the breaker box.. Same test as the ATS.
CYCLE the main breaker, Turn off press HARD, then turn back on.
In fact, do that last step first.,, That may be your problem, Those "Ganged" Breakers do not always trip together.
Hopefully you will either find your problem or fix it by the time you finish those tests... The only one of them you will likely need to throw money at is the ATS if it has failed. and even then a good tech may be able to fix (In my case warranty applied so ... I did not bother)
