Forest River Warranty Repairs While On The Road? Recommendations in Ariz?n

My son has a new 2019 Forest River Sierra Fifth Wheel and he’s a US Navy man changing station from Southern Cal to Maryland and enroute across the southern US and has problems with his trailer needing warranty work. Can anyone recommend a good service shop in Parker, Quartzsite, Phoenix or Tucson AZ where he could stop at to get emergency warranty repairs done?

I appreciate your suggestions; he and his wife have to get to the East Coast by mid to late March to report in for duty. I’m trying to help my son out here.

(Electrical issues with the 12vdc side of the coach)

Thanks folks! Appreciate the help.

Tom,
There are many dealers along that area, but getting in immediately can be tough at times. We did have some work done at lazy days in Tucson but we had time to wait for the opening. Another avenue for him could be to contact FR to get pre-authorized to have a mobile rv repair handle it. Often they can come to the rv Park on much shorter notice. He’d probably have to pay up front and get reimbursed, hence the pre-okay. We’ve done that a couple of times with good results nd no issues.
