How to Read Holding Tank Monitor

I have an advanced college education and a CPA certificate, so I feel I can understand almost everything. But this monitor on our new to us 09 Coachmen Concord makes no sense at all. We have two gray tanks and a black. How do we read the monitor to know how much each tank contains? We show a switch for tank 1 and flip it for tank 2. Lights show red, yellow. What about tank 3?

Since the picture in the online owner manual (http://www.coachmenrv.com/OwnersManuals/14141708.pdf)
is too dark to view, perhaps a picture would be useful?

Should be that Tank#1 and #2 are for the 2 Grey Tanks and then there's a separate gauge for the Black tank.
