I have a Rockwood 8265, 2014, purchased April 2013. The stove is a suburban brand. I have never been able to get the oven temp to adjust to the indicated temp on the control knob. If set the temp at 350 the oven temp will go well over 400. If the temp is set at 250 the actual temp in the oven is 350 to 400.
Is there an adjustment that can be made to get the temps to match up. Thanks

not sure if it is adjustable...but if you are out of warranty, and no one comes up with a service manual, you could just pop an oven thermometer in there and adjust as needed, I have always used one at home...just to be sure!

Probably never going to have a chance to "drive" a Boeing, so I bought an Aerbus!
On thing that will help even out temps more accurately is to put a square pizza stone or stone floor tile directly on the lower metal plate that is right above the burner ASM.
