Removing Interior light covers

Has anyone had luck in removing the light covers above the couch on the 21fbrs?:

what kind of lights are they? how about a picture? if it's a puck light just rotate the chrome piece counter clockwise, for others you need a small blade screwdrive or pocket knife to pop the lens out. hope this helps

Led/two per light? If you squeeze them tight they pop off, but it's scary, feels like you'll break them. Could be better to pry, they just have the plastic tabs on the sides and ends.

The opaque covers usually just have to be squeezed. Can be difficult with arthritis.
