2016 Forest River 24 ft

Is that a Travel Trailer or a 5th wheel?
Which 24 ft....model number?

Who told you....dealership/private owner?
OEM or aftermarket?

Tank heaters come in 2 versions
12V DC (common) and 120V AC
Both have On/Off Switches which provide power to T-stat that turns heat pads on/off based on temp of fluids (on at 40*F--off at 60*F)

***Some do not have on/off switches---depends on installation
Although switches are available

Heat pads are stuck to bottom of tanks.
