Valves in wastewater tanks stuck

Hi I'm new to owning an RV. I purchased a 2015 rockwood ultralight and the grey water valve refuses to open up..the trailer is only 6 months old, any suggestions would be appreciated thanks

Since it is only 6 months old it should still be under warranty so contact the dealer before doing anything.

I don't know where you are located...., but could it be frozen?
A light tapping around the valve may help loosen the seal.

I'm in northern Alberta Canada. I have a really good custom made skirt around the trailer with a heater going under it all day every day. I know it isn't frozen I'm pretty sure the seal is probably messed up

Even if it is not frozen, gentle heat and gentle tapping may loosen the seal enough to move and allow you to dump. Heat expansion and contraction can get things to move.
