$10 off New SnapPad Prime for Power Gear Jacks

Hi All,

We've been gone for a while focusing on bringing our newest version of SnapPad to the market. Well we're back and happy to announce it's finally here!

SnapPad Prime is designed specifically for Power Gear jacks (commonly on Class A & Class C MH's). We took everything we learned from SnapPad Xtra and beefed it up to make sure it can handle the added weight of large motorhomes. In fact SnapPad Prime is literally twice the size of SnapPad Xtra.

Prime Stats & Upgrades
  • Tested to withstand 20,000+ lbs
  • Will stay attached at over 50 G's (times the force of gravity).
  • Adds an amazing 326% more surface area to your standard Power Gear landing foot.
  • Weight 8.8lbs

SnapPad is a permanent jack pad that installs in seconds, adds stability and remains securely attached.

Click here for additional SnapPad benefits.

Use the discount code 'iRV2017' to get $10 off your set of SnapPads.

Thanks for bringing this product to market for Class A motorhome owners equipped with Power Gear Jacks.

You bet! We're already designing new versions for other RV'ers as well. The goal is to eventually have something for everybody.

Nice! I wish I saw this before purchasing rubber pads with the rope handles. Looks like it makes leveling easier on rocky ground.

We have a very good set of 16" square Poly ground pads but we ordered the SnapPad Primes because the jacks are father under the body than we had with our fifth-wheel.

The install once will be a lot easier on our aging knees.

Good point Dale & Mark. While it's not always necessary SnapPads can be used in conjunction with other jack pads should you need to lessen the stroke on unlevel ground.

HWH uses a dual spring return system that's balanced for the tug that's required to retract the jack back into the cylinder. Adding mass to the jack foot may unbalance the system however I've not heard of folks trying the SnapPads on HWH systems.

Unfortunately the new version isn't compatible with HWH jacks. While we have yet to test them with the spring retraction on the HWH system the added weight shouldn't be an issue.

They work well with Power Gear single spring retracted jacks so we don't anticipate any issue with the HWH version.

You can see an example halfway through our installation video here.

The issue is Power Gear jacks are more bowl shaped while HWH 10" jacks are flat, so they do not secure properly in the new SnapPad Prime 10" version.

Our HWH version has been delayed a number of times as we encounter unique considerations compared to other systems. Namely, HWH has 3 different sized landing feet for Class A's (8", 10" & 11.4"), depending on the make and model they are additional clearance issues. Finally their 8" version has 2 different types of landing feet. One of them has the spring brackets welded on the edge of the foot. This is an issue because SnapPad mechanically attaches via the lip.

All that said we are still working on a version for Tiffin and other HWH leveling system owners. We're just making sure we get it right and your version is as good if not better than what is already available.

Hopefully that helps clarify what's happening on our end.

Thanks for your interest in SnapPad. Always here to answer any questions.
