This coach is a 3-valve. It also has stock intake, headers and exhaust.

The numbers sure look impressive.
Chris the only modification is the reprograming of the fuel map and shift points ?
Depending on the gear ratio of the rear end would this give different dyno readings ?

Thanks

Thank you Pete! The only mods on this coach is our tune file and Roadmaster rear sway bar. No performance mods of any kind to date. The gear ratio would offer different shift patterns and slightly different readings. We have tunes setup for individual 4.30, 5.38 and 6.17 gear ratios.

Chris can you explain the following regarding peak torque. My 2017 Tiffin 32Sa has a claimed torque peak of 460 ft tq at 3000 RPM at the crankshaft. When dynoed you measure 257 ft tq at the rear wheels suggesting a 44% loss. The 5 star tune provides 320 ft tq peak.
What do you calculate crankshaft HP and Torque values to be with the 5 star tune ?

Thanks

Looking at peak to peak, the gains at the wheel are 62-66lb ft. Given the length and drivetrain of our coach it represents a 40-44% loss. At 3,000 rpm the gain to the crankshaft is 93-100 lb ft gain over factory on 87 octane. HP at the crank would be an additional 45 hp at 3,000 rpm.

Installed tune yesterday. Stupid mistake cost large amount of time on phone with 5 star and box manufacturer. When getting number out of RV to send to 5 Star I placed the box in "demo mode. Caused lots of problems until tech at manufacturer asked me if that mode on. Turned it off and tune loaded properly DUH!!!!

What would that curve look like on a 26K chassis with 6.17 gears (I think)?
