Dicor products

I have a Fleetwood popup that had severe roof leakage, from poorly attached roof rack system. Seems everyone owning these units had same problems. Because Fleetwood/Coleman closed their folding camper operation my lifetime roof warranty was worthless. Will never own any Fleetwood/Coleman product again. I stripped my camper roof and repaired all leaks with Dicor self leveling sealer, resealed all seams and after two weeks dry time coated with Dicor roof sealer. No leaks now, roof is done the way factory should have done it.

You sure your warranty was through fleetwood/coleman? A Keystone has a 1-year warranty with 10-12 (I forget) on the roof, but if you look at the details, that roof warranty only covers the membrane and is provided by the membrane manufacturer, not Keystone.. Membrane is produced by Alpha Systems, owned by Dicor.

My point is:
What the sales guy sold you may be very different than what was in writing. I don't think the Alpha membranes fail very much... or at all - most common cause of failure is not maintaining the roof by owners who think that their roof is warrantied for a long period...
