New Product: 7 Way Trailer Plug Protective Cap

Why doesn't every 7 way trailer plug include a protective cover? I don't know how many times I have dropped a trailer connector on to the ground and into a puddle of water or worse mud. Well this injection molded plug cover with tether is the answer to keeping those pins in your trailer connector like new. This is also a great item to add to your winterizing or storage procedure. By adding some dielectric grease to the pins and capping the plug with this cover your sure to have trouble free trailer connections next season.
  • Injection molded rubber
  • Tethered to hang in place while hauling a trailer
  • Snug fit to keep water and moisture out
  • Length of tether is 3"
  • Cap Height is 1.5"
  • Made in USA

Price: $5.53

What's to keep you from dropping umbilical cord onto the ground, into a puddle of water, in the mud while trying to put that cover on.

Stop dropping cord

BUT having a cover on plug while in storage.....good idea and cheap.
