This is truly an exciting product for RV'ers. This is the missing link for those of you who have a converter with smart charging (bulk, maintain & float) technology. Although this will help prolong battery life the missing feature is the ability to desulfate, which is a battery killer.

The BatteryMINDer restorer is simply attached to the pos & neg sides of your battery and is powered by your converters charger when ever your connected to shore power. The unit utilizes patented technology to produce a wide range of high frequency pulses known as RFP ™ (Random Frequency Pulsation) designed to dissolve both old long-established, and newly formed sulfate.

RFP™ circuitry allows the OnBoard desulfator to sweep the entire frequency range known to cause sulfation crystal molecules to resonate, un-bond, and then safely dissolves them. The sulphuric acid, the main component in the sulfate crystals, is now free and returns to the battery’s electrolyte. As a result, the Specific Gravity (S.G.) of the electrolyte is now higher and able to generate more electrical energy-storage capacity, than the previously sulfated batteries. Considerably less charging-source energy (solar panels, generators, alternators, et al) and much faster recharge, to full capacity, can now be expected. This is significant in “off the grid” solar installations when solar exposure times are short and / or power demands are high.

Are you talking about the unit that will work with solar and/or electircal power? My storage facility does not have electrical hookups and I am having sulfating problems (I think). Have tried equalizing with no success and am to the point of thinking I need to replace the batteries. Coach is a 2009 Monaco Dynasty with four house batteries. Also, if I run the generator, how long it take to let the BatteryMinder do its' job?

This unit will work with solar chargers and rejuvenates batteries over time, so running the generator for even a day will not achieve the results you would be looking for.
