On my list before we leave for National Parks in March. What proof do you need for Military Discount?

Hi David,

There is a verification process once you click the military discount button during check out.

Really simple. If you have any questions or issues let us know and we'll make sure you get your discount

Thanks for your interest in SnapPad.

Is there a minimum temperature the jack and /or SnapPad needs to be at before lowering the jack down on to it to install ? I have to help a friend install some on their new RV at Pecos TX in a few weeks in early January and I suspect it will be pretty cold there.

The warmer the easier generally, however unless you SnapPads are completely frozen you should be fine.

Maybe just keep them in a warm location such as your home, RV or truck prior to installing them. Add a small bead of liquid soap around the edge of your SnapPad and they should go on smoothly.

Let us know how it goes

Thanks for the help John!

Phil - Several HWH options here.
Make sure you measure your landing feet to be sure what's the right option for you. We're happy to help as well
