Just got my 507 today. Easy set up. Looks to be a real nice system.

I especially like the small size and a beep tone that my old ears can still hear and... the long battery life. I can monitor my tires from my S&B computer desk. I hard wired mine to a spare fuse post, but unplug it and go from tire-to-tire when setting pressures. Plus, you can't beat the CS from post #588 and the way Mr Convington has treated me.

I just took my first trip with my 507 TST. it worked great on the road with my toad
I noticed the front left tire is 20 degreaser hotter than the rest of the tires and the left rear was 10 degrees warmer. I did note my diesel exhaust is pointing at those tires. Coincidence???

Our toad is the same. Tires down wind from the coach exhaust are warmer.

Ok. Just checking. Is it worth extending the exhaust pipe so the exhaust misses the toad?

I had to install one for some reason. I put it in the front lower section and tapped into the power side of the light in the basement. I do not think it is too important where you put it because I can now read my tire pressure when the truck is in is carport nearly 200 feet away now and I couldn't get good readings when I was hooked up before.
