I've had that happen once. I just turned it off and on and all was well. Never did it again.

I wasn't so lucky after I turned it off several times and it kept beeping.

Monitor Corrupt

So I was packing up to leave the site on Sunday and turned on the TPMS monitor. Instead of seeing the usual outline of a coach with the wheels etc only the cab portion was visible and then just a few bits and pieces of lines and partial letters.

Thinking that perhaps the monitor battery was too low I left it on charge overnight however in the morning the display was unchanged.

I phoned TST and spoke with M. Benson who, after hearing the description of the problem, thought it may be a crystal in the display. When I told him I had a pic of the unit he asked me to email it off to him and he would call back. Within minutes he called back and ask what address I would like a new shipped to.

Huh? Where does TST get off offering this kind of customer service this is just plain teasing in an age where good customer service is rare.

Seriously though, last fall when I was trying to decide which system to purchase the one thing I kept reading of with TST was the customer service and ultimately that was the trigger for me. There will always be some hiccups with products that life, but it's how they're dealt with that makes the difference.

Thanks TST!

Good morning Sir,

I apologize for the issue, however, I am convinced that there is a logical explanation for the issue.

Will you please email me a photo of your valve stems at dcovington@tsttruck.com

That is a good starting point, and we will resolve this issue for you.

You may also call me at 770 889 9102.

Thank you and travel in safety!

+1 TST Customer Service

You may recall I had a hiccup with a monitor on my 507 Flow Thru System. It only took one call to TST and it was resolved....and not with a "Return the item and we will evaluate the problem and replace if necessary" but instead...an instant "the replacement is in the mail!"

I did have one further hiccup in that one of my sensors was reporting an unusually high temp for one tire (134 F). Now the coach had been parked for a couple of weeks so that was a blip for sure. I moved the sensor to another tire and the high temp anomaly followed that sensor so I gave Mike a buzz. The conversation last but a few minutes with the assurance a new sensor was on its way and the invitation to call as soon as it arrives for a quick walk thru on the coding if need be.

Need I say more? The product works.....and if it doesn't...it will soon enough..

Thanks Team TST!

Agreed, Dan comes off as "the real deal" for customer support. I still think Dan has his priorities well set.

Initially Dan thought the system should work as it is intended for much longer rigs. This did not hold out for us as follows..

Received our TM-507SE, with 6 sensors about two weeks ago. I coded then installed. Instantly I got messages that tires were out of spec, although I used a dial gauge to set initial pressure.

I bought a digital and dial, new gauges. After recheck of pressures, all were in 1psi variance.

These are installed on our 34' 1999 Airstream Excella. Initially I was getting readings from all sensors when I was over 100 feet away from the TT and standing inside my brick home... GREAT!

I got in the road and after an hour I started "losing" sensors. Several stops to verify they were in place, but once the sensor dropped out it would not come back online unless I stopped and rebooted the terminal.

I now am a bit lighter in pocket book and have another device to install..a repeater.

We have another 400 mile trip in a week and hope this resolves.

From these dealings with Dan and team, I am so very pleased that I purchased my TPMS system from them!!!! Great and Personal service.. Never asked me "What did you do WRONG?"

As I once fancied myself a relatively competent engineer/technician, I understand why the system did not work flawlessly.. I am confident the repeater will resolve the problem of "so much aluminum"..hahaha

I will join the choir in praising TST support, I had two flow through sensors that would not show up on the monitor when on the tires. Take the sensors off, go into my garage about a 100 feet away from the RV and they would show up with the code on the sensors. Called TST they checked to see that the warranty was still good, then told me two replacements were on the way and just return the old one. If the new ones work I will be a happy RV’er.

Has anyone had any experience installing this system on a Ford F350 duallie. I have tire rims with semi circular openings and the metal valve stem sticks up into the opening not pointing out to the outside of the tire. I don't know if the flow through will fit or even if the end cap will work on them. I would hate to order the system and find it won't fit. Any advice would be appreciated.

You can call Mike Benson at TST and he'll walk you through the product application for your DRW F350. In my opinion, this would be a common install as TST supports hundreds of these applications

WOW - Customer service completed before I even asked.
I have two 3+ year old 507 systems (for the RV and an old car) that have been rock solid.
I recently ordered an additional 4 sensor 507 system to cover my tow dolly and toad. Upon ordering I explained what I was doing (adding on to an older system) to verify compatibility.
Two days later I received two 4 sensor packages. Thinking it was a double shipment, I emailed them, but upon installing the new system I discovered that neither of my old monitors would read the new sensors.
TST had just gone ahead and updated my system so all of my RV/Dolly/TOAD sensors are compatible, and I didn't even have to ask. They even included extra o rings/washers.
My old system will go back on the old car and all's well.
