03 Discovery flasher fuse location

I have no flashers or turn signals. Consulted Freightliner Chassis wiring diagram for the Fleetwood RV Group, and it showed location of fuse block in same compartment as inverter and battery breaker box. I found the fuse block and the only fused circuit in the block is labeled electric patio awning. There is a note on the diagram that says fuse block to be supplied by vendor.
Any suggestions? There are 3 fuse blocks under the dash behind the center removeable access panel and one 10amp mini is labeled turn signal; however, I pulled each one...all are good, but still no flashers or turn signals. Brake lights and tail lights work and marker lights work. It has to be the fuse, but where is it? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Signal lights and 4 way/ emergency, flashers are fused separately, and each have their own flasher. Check the fuses with a test light or a volt meter, for the turn signals the ignition key will have to be on, 4 way will be on a battery feed . Always test fuses with a volt meter / test light ; looks good , isn't always good. Check the turn signal switch wiring connector at the base of the steering column, sometimes the connector can get pulled loose while using the tilt / telescopic functions on the column. If the fuse check out and you have tested power at the flashers , then at the turn signal switch multiple connector on the base of the steering column, and can't get power back down the column from the signal light switch, that's where your problem is.
