Unhappy 04 vectra no tail & brake light

Hi every one, New member, Martin15 here, nice to be part of this group! I have a problem on my 04 winninebago vectra. I have no lights in back of my rig. All the lights work in front, headlight and side markers. I hooked my test light to one of the tail light and turned it on and I had power but would not light up the bulb. I ran an ground wire to the white wire which is ground and all the lights worked except brake. It seems like a ground problem. Anyone have any idea whats going on

my fleetwood uses the metal frame for grounds. sometimes screwed , sometimes nut and bolt. Turn on the running lights have your better half to watch. wiggle the wire looms and look for ground points. good luck
