05 Coachmen Wiper Motor

2005 Coachman Cross Country Wipers will only work on High speed (wiring harness leads to no where). Also windshield washer not working.
Tried to trace the wiring down from the switch looking for maybe a control mod. but it went to main harness with all the dash wires am lost from there. Windshield washer not working, motor good, fuse OK, but no power when using switch. HELP PLZ.

Reach out to Coachmen. When I had one back in 2014-17, Ron Ross, the head of their warranty and service dept. was very helpful even though my RV was 3rd hand and long out of warranty.

Contact Wiper Technology In Greensboro North Carolina. They manufactured the wiper on my 2007 Crosscountry. They were very good to deal with.

wiper motor

WaltJ

Do you have steering wheel controls? If you do, there's an electronic module usually mounted on the left side of the steering column under the dash. There's a fuse on that module. If that checks out then go to the wiper motor and pull the electrical plug off. Use a test light to see if you have power at the plug for the different speeds. If you do then it's just a matter of cleaning the connection contacts on the plug and on the wiper motor. If that's not the problem then it's probably going to be the electronic control module. The module controls everything on the steering wheel. Good luck and I hope you get it fixed.
