07 Dutch Star jacks issue

I just uncoverd my 07 dutch star and the jacks will not go down ,it has been cover sence nov. till now .
I hit the dump button and nothing and the green traverl light stays on so I hit the store button and it acts like it wants to work but nothing
HELP please

Have you run the engine or Generator? Plugged in to Shore Power?
Sounds like you could have a Low Voltage problem.

The dump button dumps your air. Safe to say there's no air in the bags. The store button will raise your jacks. Since they're up, nothing should happen. To activate the automatic leveling system, press the "hyd" button (top left) twice. After the first depression the light will be a steady red. After the second depression the red light should flash and your jacks should lower within a minute. Hope this helps.

yes I know how it should work but does not.
yes I have run the motor and gen. and there is air in bags ,and is also plug into shore power

There is a 40 amp fuse holder on the pump check it out may need to pull fuse and clean holder with contact spray.
Also check your grounds feeding the solenoids, they all go to the chassis frame some place, and all power connections clean and tight.
